DR-44WLB revolutionerer håndholdte optagere med sin Wi-Fi-funktion. En gratis app til iOS- eller Android-enheder giver kontrol, filoverførsel og lydstreaming til din smartphone eller tablet-computer. Start optagelsen, mens du er på scenen eller hvor som helst i rummet. Indstil trimniveauer, kontroller målere og kontroller transporten. I slutningen af en forestilling skal du overføre optagelser til din smartphone og uploade dem med det samme til SoundCloud eller Facebook eller endda e-mail direkte til fans.
DR-44WLB har et par stereokondensormikrofoner af høj kvalitet, der er bygget af højtydende komponenter og arrangeret i XY-mønster. Disse mikrofoner kan håndtere høje lydtrykniveauer uden forvrængning. To låsende XLR-indgange til eksterne mikrofoner eller kilder er også tilgængelige.
Med fire uafhængige optagelsesspor, indbygget mixer med rumklangseffekt plus en bounce-funktion giver DR-44WLB muligheden for at oprette ægte multitrack-optagelser. Eller optag to spor i forskellige formater (WAV / MP3) eller med forskellige niveauindstillinger.
TASCAM har igen revolutioneret håndholdt optagelse! DR-44WLB opretter sit eget Wi-Fi-netværk, og en gratis dedikeret app kan bruges til fjernbetjening uden at røre ved enheden. Da Wi-Fi-transmissionsområdet er ca. 20 meter, kan denne funktion bruges sammen med optageren steder, der normalt er uden for rækkevidde. Appen tillader ikke kun, at optagelse startes og stoppes, den kan også bruges til at kontrollere og justere inputniveauer fra en iOS- eller Android-enhed. Alt relateret til optagelse kan udføres via Wi-Fi.
Derudover kan lyd kontrolleres af Wi-Fi efter optagelse. Lydkvaliteten kan kontrolleres via hovedtelefoner, der er tilsluttet en smartphone. Med betjeningsfunktioner og fleksibilitet, der overstiger infrarøde fjernbetjeninger - og pålidelighed, der nærmer sig kabelfjernbetjente fjernbetjeninger - giver denne håndholdte optager frihed til placering, der langt overgår tidligere modeller.
Fra og med firmwareversion 2.0 er det også muligt at oprette forbindelse via en eksisterende router eller et adgangspunkt. Fordele er, at (1) du kan bruge andre webtjenester som e-mail eller deling af portaler på samme tid med din mobilenhed, og (2) Wi-Fi-rækkevidde, så kontrolområdet kan være større afhængigt af routerens muligheder. En direkte forbindelse derimod er ideel, når der ikke er noget Wi-Fi tilgængeligt, eller du ikke har tilladelse til at bruge det.
